I have been following Barefoot Blonde's blog, and Amber, the author, has set a hair challenge. The 10 Days No Heat challenge is to not use any heat on your hair for 10 days to rejuvenate it back to health. I am guilty of using heat on my hair basically every day.. eek! That can definitely be a lot of stress on my hair, and sadly it has began to break and fray. Using tons of heat dehydrates and damages your hair. So lets get to it! Who's with me?!
