Laura Geller Warms Pallet
Springtime not only means a change in your wardrobe by adding brighter and lighter colors, but your make up routine can and should change as well. I love adding warmer colors to my face to brighten it up and give it that sunshine glow. I have found the perfect eye shadow pallet with all the warm spring colors making it easy to transition and use.
I really love how the rose and gold tones complement so well with a bright facial glow. The Laura Geller Warms Pallet highlights my eyes and creates a shimmer affect which I love for warmer weather. There are different darkness and lighter tones to mix and match for a day time office look or even a night out dramatic eye. It also comes with a tutorial guide of two separate looks that you can create if you need some inspiration. Here's my final look:

NARS Matte Lip Pencil
I typically go with a rose lip that is subtle yet girly (last seen in this post here). But for the winter months and more dramatic date nights, I wanted a bolder lip that makes a statement. Finding the perfect, wearable color can be difficult on top of finding a lipstick that doesn't feel gross on. This NARS matte lip pencil is the answer!! I am wearing the color Walkyrie and it is the perfect combination of a subtle camel, coral color. I love how it is soft and neutral but still gives that added dimension. This lip pencil has been my go to for easy to wear color that I even forget I am wearing it! It feels that effortless on and gives just the right amount of color. And the matte finish is a creamy texture that does not cake up on you lips.
If you are like me, you are very beginner stage when it comes to make up, and I feel like I am constantly learning new things. I have never really bothered doing anything to my eyebrows because for the most part they are so lightly colored that they are non existent. And for all these years that seemed to work just fine. However, my make up stylist for my wedding, darkened my eye brows just a bit and whoah did it make a difference! I did not want to end up sculpting and adding another thing to my list of make up to-dos before going out, so I came up with literally the easiest solution with make up I already own. Here is how I get perfectly colored brows on-the-go.
I have the Naked Pallet 1 from Urban Decay that I have had for yearsss. I started applying the Buck color which is a nice brown color to my eyebrows. I use the standard eye shadow brush to apply it starting at the center near my forehead. I lightly brush over the color making sure to not miss a certain area of darker in others. The trick is to make sure each eyebrow matches in color darkness. Once I have finished, I lightly dust over using my finger to shake off any excess and wha-la!
