If you are like me and most weeks consist of at least having 2+ days of using dry shampoo and going with the flow?? Ha! If this sounds like you or you are just wanting to mix up your standard "down" hairstyle then this post is for you! I have an easyyyy messy bun look that you have to try.
I typically have dirty hair that hasn't been washed in at least 1-2 days. I will first apply dry shampoo andtexture spray to control any oil and give texture. I suggest to start with a middle part as well. Then, you will pull back your hair into a low bun by twisting around and using an elastic to secure. The messier the better so do not get all tied up on it not looking "perfect". Trust me its better! Next, you will pull out very small sections of hair near your face and middle part. The small sections you just pulled out, use a 1 1/4 inch curling iron away from your face to curl these pieces. After brushing through the curls with your hand, tug on remaining hair about 2 - 3 inches from the part line to loosen up from your head to not be so tightly pulled back. Lastly, spray the entire hairstyle with hairspray to keep in place.
This look is perfect for a date night out or even just to mix it up at the office! I love how easy it is to do and can be done in less than 10 minutes. Tag @whitbmarshall on Istagram with your low messy bun looks. I definitely want to see them!!
