No7 Exfoliator
To be honest, I have never really used a ton of exfoliators in the past except for some facial scrubs used in the shower. I was always quickly put off by the fact that my skin felt like it was getting rubbed off and the results were just dry, damaged feeling skin, not the buttery smooth I was hoping for. But wow has my perception changed on exfoliators since I have been using No7's Micro-Dermabrasion Exfoliator.
The thing I love about this exfoliator is that it is not harsh to the skin and it leaves that buttery smooth feeling afterwards. It is perfectly balanced to give you the best results. It gets rid of all the dull skin cells and leaves your skin smooth and radiant. I love that it is used with hypoallergenic ingredients so it does not harm your skin. I have used it 3 times now and am still impressed with the results. I use it about 2 times a week, once on Fridays and again on Tuesdays if I can. I would start out with twice a week and see how your skin reacts. You do not want to use too frequently has your skin needs time to regenerate healthy growth. Here's how to use it:
STEP #1: DOT ONTO SKIN
Make sure your skin is clean and still damp. Dot a small amount all of your skin to create a thin layer. Avoid making contact with the eyes.
STEP #2: MASSAGE ON FOREHEAD
Once you have dotted your face, gently massage upwards and out in a circular motion from the center of your forehead to your temples in both directions. Do this for about 30 seconds.
STEP #3: MASSAGE ON CHEEKS & NOSE
Using both hands, gently massage in a circular motion outwards from your chin to your temples. Do this for about 30 seconds. And lastly, smooth out down and outwards onto your cheeks from the top of your nose and smooth downwards on your chin.
STEP #4: Rinse & MOISTURIZE
The last step is to rinse with warm water and pat dry. Remember to not use the product for longer than 2 minutes and to apply moisturizer with spf protection. I like to use this No7 moisturizer here.
